CETPAC, the Career Development Cell at CPJ Institute of Management & Technology, supports students in shaping their careers by focusing on building essential skills for becoming well-rounded professionals.
CETPAC offers training programs and industry connect initiatives to enhance life skills and employability, improving students’ chances of securing placements. It has successfully placed many final-year students in top corporate organizations in management, IT, and law. Pre-placement sessions on campus help students improve interview skills and understand corporate employability.
CPJ Institute recognizes the significance of national and international excursions, educational trips, and industrial visits.
